People several months ago I posted a thought about being a real takeover target. Got rediculed by a poster called kbear I think.
PRR management is smart and the signs say listing not to far away. However, if you were a takeover target (if if if) and it ensured the future finances etc etc for PRR and its potential products and you could legitimately delay listing until such times a takeover was either supported or not - you surely would not want listing to complicate matters.
Only thoughts.
