i have seen this article (the above is an extract only). it is an opinion piece. the reporter makes the claim that the plant will be delayed until after the election due to political sensitivities. but doesn't actually quote or identify the 'analysts' who support this. this removes all credibility from the story.
i may have taken my eye off the ball, but i have yet to hear of any financial/ political analysts stating that LAMP will be delayed until after an election that hasn't even been called yet.
add to this the numerous factual errors in the article and i don't think there is anything worth worrying about here.
