delay to nameplate!

With the change of CEO at KML to a finance manager I am concerned that he will delay nameplate since:
- He will not have sufficient plant development experience or technology/ process understanding to effectively manage a development team or effectively set acceptance hurdles and manage them for declaration of nameplate.
- Areas that he doesn't understand he will become overly conservative in making decisions further delaying the project.

Evidence of this is the announcement on the 7th Aug'13 that the Magnetite plant was complete including commissioning and one week later KML is still not producing 68%Fe in volume and two weeks later KML have neither declared nameplate or told the market when it is planned! sdo
