    Hi hws, why do you think the previous CEO of KML was prepared to commit to delivering nameplate by the end of Jul'13 and the new CEO is not prepared to commit a date three weeks later? If he understood development and the magnetite plant like his predecessor, surely it would just be a matter of calling a meeting with the development team to discuss risks and mitigations in coming up with a new date? Why can't he commit a schedule? sdo
