Depends upon whether or not every requirement has been complied with...
If it has,then a couple of days;if not then when ever the required modification/rectification has been performed and the subsequent inspection has determined that all is in compliance.
Then, and only then, will the coal be shovelled into the boiler,steam be raised and the string commence with the rotations!
