Legend has not abandoned slurry, quite the contrary actually. They slurry remains their priority however other means are also being evaluated. If you look at their project timeline it clearly provides for slurry construction.
The proper thing for MAK to do is to evaluate "all" means. Maybe some of you die hards should contact the company and request the same.
And I wouldn't dis Gutnick/Legend. Soros and an Arab fert co just took a 10% stake each.
