Looks like they have abandoned it to me. Too costly, too many environmental approvals, poor port site.
Legend are now planning the truck/rail option and have organized a bit of space at townsville port from bhp??
Seeing you know so much about legend, have they got those environmental approval to start drilling lady jane yet. If they can't even get drilling approval how on earth are they going to be allowed to mine it?
