IMO i think Paul has handled this ANN with due care,and has under promised and will over deliver.
There is lots riding on this for the W.A gov.
Halliburton have millions of dollars of machinery and employees sitting around loosing money.
We are not in this alone.
My take on this is 1 month delay at the outside. IMO
