There is every chance Burke is in India negotiating the terms of a JV between Toro and the Indian Governments' newly created nuclear investment corporation.
I would not be at all surprised if the JV was announced within 48 hours of Fed approval. Been tracking this for awhile...
I was happy they didn't announce it today. Happy to buy some more at this price.
