CCI Holdings has endured an untimely restructure of it's holding company, at a time when all of it's operating companies have been enjoying strong growth in line with the whole coal sector. In the recently released annual report the company outlined the adjustments to asset carrying values, amortisation of intangibles, and provisions have been concluded. The stock, though has endured this restructure at a time when all other coal sectopr players have see large increases in their shareprice. Now it will be catch up time for CHL, as the board returns attention to cashflow, profits , and the possible return to paying dividend which will be discussed at the forth coming nov 30 AGM. This stock is a bargain in a boom sector, currently priced at just 4.4 times last years EBITDA.
