I received an email this morning from AVH saying that they were not going to release the quarterly until after the market close on the 11th, U.S. time I think. See link: https://ir.avitamedical.com/node/7701/pdf
I've not seen this before, so I'm wondering if anyone knows if it's OK with the ASX rules?
Regardless it's not a good look. They either have bad news they want to delay getting out or they are too incompetent to do their job, as is done in all the other listed companies, including those much bigger and complex. I mean, how many receipts does AVH have?
Do we need to add duplicitous and inept to the the list, to go with whatever you call allowing someone to take $50m pay check for a loss making business?
