If I am right that at current metal prices, and using coventional mining and metallurgical techniques, a mine life of 12 years, and a capex of 250m, and allowing for taxes, royalties, environmetal costs and mine closure. the total of which could make the NPV(10) around zero (at current metal prices); then I suspect management are thinking laterally. This is likely to require examination of a number of conventional and unconventional options. Examination, assessment and costing of these options may delay the PFS and if I had to guess I would say that is what has happened. Of course I do not know, nor do know if my costs and calcuations are correct, but I elected to top up my my SMSF at the current SP, thus lowering my average price to 13 cents.
