evilgummybear I share the same sentiment about how the SP will be effected, but then the company states the post deal SP at over 9c (am sure that's conservative, and we are only in the low 7's or so now.

I have some cash sitting ready just in case we saw a delay, like many others I'm sure.
I plan to wait for a good entry and jump in with that, to either trade the swing back up or average down more. Will see how it plays out.

Ange, can't agree more. Who is going to place a $10m deposit without a good reason, and we all know just how in demand this land is right now with all the auctioned lots and history etc
