    Welcome to the ABx thread.

    My opinion of management has changed in recent months.

    They have been tardy in keeping SHs informed and seem to have a poor attitude when holders email.

    My own experience, some months ago, was not to get a reply to my initial email and when I followed up I got a tersely worded email from a boofhead who needs to learn some email manners.
