    Saw on the Nine news tonight that yes, the road may WELL be finished ahead of schedule BUT the tolling system is NOT expected to be ready at the same time. And ConnectEast will open it without tolling IF that happens (which appears quite likely). Not known how long the delay will be but OS has been as much as 18 months in other examples. Hmmm.
