Expected tolling delays: a lot of people have been wondering why the SP is languishing, well there's your reason. There's ALWAYS a reason when your talking shares and shares not doing what they're sposed to do. We need to hear more on this. While this issue is hovering around unclear I don't know if the SP will be sprinting anywhere dramatic like we were hoping?
