Difficult to understand a tolling delay as this project has been ahead of schedule since the first month , tolling issues would have been rescheduled to meet a earlier completition.
Pretty basis stuff to have addressed this with the communication / relationships that must exist between priniciple / subbies / suppliers and given what has been achieved so far to miss out on the bonus of early revenues , I do not think so.
