Major Export Opportunity (NEXT FEW MONTHS)
Separate from the above announcement, MediVac also advises that MediVac Technology is in negotiations
with overseas representatives for a potential major export contract for the new MetaMizer. The potential is for
sales in excess of 20 new MetaMizers ? and possibly as many as 30 ? and could, if successful, result in
revenue in excess of $8 million.
Executive Chairman Mr. Paul McPherson said, ?Such an order, if successful, would put the MetaMizer on the
world stage and would be a great coup for the company and its shareholders. It would also go a long way
towards the company presenting a profit for the 2010-2011 financial year.?
While negotiations are well advanced, the company emphasises that it has not yet entered into a binding
transaction. Negotiations are expected to continue over the next few months and involve contractual, pricing
and customer funding issues. MediVac will keep the market informed as to progress with this exciting
initiative.

MEDIVAC PROGRESSES NEGOTIATIONS FOR MAJOR METAMIZER ORDER
Healthcare solutions company MediVac Limited [ASX: MDV] is pleased to inform the market that its
negotiations for a potential major export contract for its new MetaMizer have progressed further, with the
project going before the foreign government?s Cabinet for final approval in the very immediate future.
The Company anticipates being able to make a further announcement within a couple of weeks in respect of
this opportunity.
