My greater concern is that this stock is rapidly disappearing into the sunset .

I hope yesterdays little thermal coal acqusition , coupled with the downward spiral from 40 cents to 31 cents in about a week , is not based on the fact they know the court decision outcome , are currently 'reviewing' it to get around disclosure , and are trying to manage expectations to meet the inevitable disclosure .

Very disappointing where they have got to , against the market in a significant way
