If you are concerned about the actual dates - well they would probably be pushed back. The company has never said exact dates, just indicative times and I believe were seeking Tax Ruling from ATO. So delays aren't abnormal - actually make that delays are normal for Biotechs IMO. Hence I would now expect an ann at the half yearly on the 24/2 which is when most companies declare dividends. I could be wrong.
If you concerned about the dividend actually being paid. Well I'm not. Plenty of cash in the bank though I'd expect a price drop on going ex div.
