perhaps you can look at it this way.
you block your sewer pipe,
try flushing more water down it and slowly the water subsides,
but all you can see is the toilet level at the normal level,
you think its safe to use again and it blocks again,
try flusing more water down it and it slowly subsides again.
hmmm, try to use it again but this time the water doesnt subside and there's a risk of the toilet overflowing.
If you keep flushing you're going to be swimming in the poo soon enough.
If you try to identify the problems with the system and fix them you might actually get somewhere.
