I have to disagree regarding price singularly reflecting business performance. The SP is simply what someone is prepared to pay. Now you being keen on fundamentals will determine whether you think it is good value or not.
I think your examples are a little far fetched but if a company chooses to dramatically affect the fundamentals then obviously the chart will be affected and experienced chartists will wait for it to settle. Also, to keep the conversation relevant to FLC, it may take one of those significant announcements to break that trend line eh?
