I can see you're a veteran technician, most veteran technicians I know don't use any indicators except maybe VWAP. By the way, isn't VWAP only useful for intraday trading??

Yes you make a good point there about gaps based on news. In addition, I find it useful to confirm with depth at those gap levels.

Do you find candlestick pattern useful?? I find them to be somewhat useful for short-term daily trades, especially if a company has a very short history where trendlines cannot be drawn. I also use Tradingview, for the *all candlestick patterns* indicator I noticed it only shows last 12 months or so for the daily chart, that's really annoying, do you know how to show further since beginning?

Anyway, I really appreciate your insight and wisdom on TA. This is probably my last post in this thread on TA as it is getting a little off-topic on FLC.
