Are you talking about the peak and decline during Nov/Dec? They're not being discounted, that rally has now hit a bottom at 22c and is now consolidating so I'm using that as final touch to form the bottom trend line. The price could gap to the downside too, but the daily histogram on the MACD is narrowing, which is bullish.
