Not all small sales as suspicious. My son, who is at uni bought a parcel of MAK at $0.37 for a grand total of about $1,500. My daughter spent the same, bought the oppies at around $0.25c.

There are a lot of small retail players out there. The simple fact is that some people are highly risk-averse and will only trade small amounts.

Some people manage their risk aversion by fixating on "value". Others manage it by position size and keeping losses small. Gamblers don't manage risk at all.

I'm not saying there is no manipulation. In fact I have been told by a broker that very small bids, offers and sales are often brokers "talking".

When I see symptoms of manipulation, I look for the message. If manipulators are able to play, I don't complain because it tells me that serious buyers are not around, and I adjust my trading accordingly.

Manipulators will always be there as long as the market exists. There is nothing we can do about it, so let's just accept it. If we don't are at risk of becoming "victims", which is a characteristic of a struggling trader.

If we focus on what the market is saying, we have the best chance of being in tune with it.

    Cheers
