    I haven’t tried it with prawns but have thought it would be okay.

    Prawns don’t have as strong a flavour as cray but it should work okay.

    Strong onion flavour can override so less is more.
    About 120-160 grams of flesh on the plate as a minimum.

    and I forgot to say, add about a quarter of a teaspoon of butter on top.

    I like to add a bit of dried chilli flake on top as well.

    Feel free to add salt, pepper, lemon juice or anything else you fancy on round 2/3 or 4.
