Having watched this one for some time and with little interest from investors we see it up 45% from a low base of 10c.

I note that director Williams has handed in his card with the note that he may have a future conflict of interest.

If you attended the EGM last year he said he was working on a deal in SAust with their agressive developement of Wind Power. Williams is involved in a few consortiums tendering for these projects.

PCE shareholders would know that a VRB's can lower WIND infrastructure costs by some 40%. You need to install about 10% of the initial MWt proposed.

These projects are over 100MWt,so we are talking a 10MWt battery (the size of a Q of a football field--but very efficient.

If Williams is successful-- PCE will scream.

p.s. There is a mini issue on at 10c restricted strictly to EXISTING shaREHOLDERS that closes 5.00 wed. I strongly suggest that the current board will delay the closure date to allow shareholders to asorb any announcement that is imminent from the SA government.-that will be the giveaway.
Even SEI have heard about it.
