    BHP is like any other investor. Why should it pay more than 10c per share when the market has priced the stock at less than 10c for the past three weeks?

    More importantly, the new investment demonstrates that BHP has faith in APG's technologies and will continue to build its stake at bargain prices until other investors wake up.
