Historically, the facade that a Public listed ASX company wasn’t actually a quasi-private entity has now been debunked with the advent off activism.

In the past the majority off Nominees, Custodian and Super company’s weren’t publicly involved outside the interest for there fellows directors and management rewards.
They civilly approached the BOD and management and simply made recommendations unless the company results were poor.

The Institute of Directors are to be blamed for encouraging the digression from adhering to the concept that they’re actually are behold to the interest of all shareholders.

They have entrapped themselves, and now are under the duress from the activist due to their desire to control their reward system.
Their desire to have control was the cause to push to alter the Corporation Act towards the poll voting system.

The evidence was the recent govt requesting public inputs towards the push for going totally online for AGM’s by companies and registry companies….that was there preference not having to to deal face to face with mum and dad investors.

We seen the contempt to retail shareholders by the procedural steps at an AGM…acknowledging the traditional owners, yet bypass the courtesy to attendees at an AGM by bypassing procedural steps and diving straight into poll voting.!

There is great amount of evidence that a supposedly Public listed company structure has actually changed into becoming a partnership structure off the top 20.

Unfortunately, our politicians are predominantly businesses oriented people who have supported the advancement of there own kind, to exploit the ignorance off common people and utilise them simply for funding reasons.

Its time for the retail plebs to arise against the advantages afforded to billionaires by the corrupt system abetted by our govt!

Is there any poster who is an expert in petitioning politician to return a public company back to the wishes of 144,000 shareholders from the influence of Grok Ventures who I believe consist off 2 shareholders.

I like to make it clear that my shareholding is so small and I’m indifferent about about the Climate Change arg

ument outcomes….simply go with the flow of the majority of shareholders. Stress: Not shareholding!

Money outcomes isn’t at all a consideration from my perspective but I detest the dictatorial nature and arrogance off Grok Ventures!

As many may be aware, my grammatical skills ain’t the best and I would like someone who knows the corporate world better to guide me or be a partner in drafting a petition.
