Isn’t it ironic that the BOD got the Corp Act changed to protect their own selfishness interest by pushing the line by, “The Institute of Board of Director’s’” to protect themselves from Activist’s afforded by the POLL VOTING system, as joking being fair and transparent alternative.
Could we pls restrict comments where the wishes of the individual shareholders can override the greed or dictatorial behaviour of a powerful individual or entity!
Ironically, poll voting was to safeguard the BOD and management from not only the activist groups like mum and dad groups - the ones that they should listen too - but also MCB.
It appears that it has turned into a double edge sword thrust into their defensive moat!
