The reality for introducing POLL VOTING was TO COMBAT ACTIVISM and being a better representation or transparent system off representing the wishes of the majority of shareholders.
Would someone pls explain too me, want has gone wrong with this theory….greed isn’t an acceptable argument…this is Australian and supposedly not being a corrupt country that favours certain sector of society!
