It sound like the Mum and Dad investor's not only have to combat the bias of the BOD, Billionaire individuals, Nominee's and Custodian company’s but also against the Federal Govt.

Isn’t it ironic that the BOD got the Corp Act changed to protect their own selfishness interest by pushing the line by, “The Institute of Board of Director’s’” to protect themselves from Activist’s afforded by the POLL VOTING system, as joking being fair and transparent alternative.

‘This deluded concept had backfired on them by the action of MCB, in believing that poll voting gave them protection from those pestering retail investors but now having the BOD cowering to this pestering rich individual!

Is it time to review the poll voting option default voting system amended recently to the Corp Act for digital participation at AGM’s, to protect shareholders from the two extremities that encourages taking advantage of loop holds in the Corp Act.

‘’Maybe, it should be based on one vote per shareholder or entity and who are the actually the share owners - ban borrowing of shares in any format - the voting rights should be based on the minimum value of a marketable parcel …currently the initial purchase minimum is $500 and it should be the value at the record date off voting proxy forms being sent out.

Those that support the scam prone digital world should have no objection to my recommendation!
