This is all a good example of why i will be speaking to someone that fully understands lawyer speak.
All i know is that i was happy to exchange differing opinions on a stock that i have a high level of belief in on an open forum. Then i woke to messages from friends regarding posts on twitter and hotcopper that seemed to implicate me in criminal behaviour.
Pretty baffling to be honest, but given the nature of the accusations probably best to refer to a professional.
