This business model makes a lot of sense to me as an employer who have used both private agency and diy platform such as seek. This is priced somewhere in between the 2 and fills that part of the market void. The ai program saves employers a lot of time compared to seek so for any busy operators who value time this is an excellent choice and a lot more affordable than going to a more traditional recruitment agency - who rarely gets it right (no offence to any recruiters reading). Traditional Recruitment industry is pretty dirty as recruiters only really want to fill placements even if they know the employee is not suitable.
