Delist vote---the board always offer shareholders suicide choices, if you look ERG history.
Vote everything to "No" to the board, that's safer.
Delist cause holders have no more opportunity, and big boy can play any way as they like.
Listing cost could get by Class Legal Action.
The big boys have takes away all cash from ERG, then lend back to ERG,to make it become pure debt receiver forever. ERG is receiving lots cash from projects completing.
