Yes: 222m, it should be 1 person only---Duncan hold 257m.

606m,70% gave up.

Not: 17.7m, 3m more than last vote 14.5m. Most of them joined us, enough to form a Class Action.

We didn't take action on the meeting, as we believe e-mail and Internet better, and safer for our members. We never give up the case even though erg delisted. We'll do same as ALL Class Action that got back 100 millions for shareholders.
