"Further,in respect of the alliance agreement signed by FMS with the Balla Balla JointVenture and announced to the market on 26 February 2014, ASX notes that on 21January 2016 FMS announced that the alliance agreement had expired on 31December 2015.
ASX's position about FMSand its proposed removal (subject to shareholder approval) from the ASX'sofficial list has been communicated to you in the attached lettersent to you on 28 December 2018.
