If I remember it expired because Todd became a majority shareholder and asap delisted rutila once he got his hands on it.
So has rutila delisted deregistered i think he now don't need an agreement because the company don't exist he's a majority holder of FMS so delist them and do whatever you can to FMS in the future to complete the master plan of which I have no idea what his corporate lawyers will suggest next. And whats the deal with OCJ...???? Big kick in the butt for minority sh
