    to meet NASDAQ listing timetable I think is now going to be difficult

    to do so they should have already provided an announcement regarding delist timeframe and shareholder offer

    will be interesting to see what happens at AGM... but NASDAQ might well be late 2008 now

    I'm sure things are bubbling away in the background
