If they have raised cash, yes it’s 100% something that must be disclosed to the market via an announcement.
And yes I can see them being either delisted or prosecuted if they have (again) breached their disclosure obligations.
It’s only a matter of time anyway - let’s face facts after this long being suspended from trading over something that could/should have been resolved within weeks there would be 90% probability that IVQ never trade again.
Im just glad I only had $6K-$7K in it - lock in the capital loss & let’s move along.
