So I was about to push the enter key and dump my 1.5M shares on Delisted.com when I had a thought, someone out there may be able to tell me if this is a bad/ illegal idea maybe. If i enter into an Off Market Trade with another FAS holder to sell them my shares for the admin cost of the trade and they had the same amount of shares (1.5M) they could sell to me for the cost of the trade, we could both retain our shares in the event a miracle happens and also realise a capital loss for this years tax, Is this a possibility, would there be any takers if so? Any thoughts greatly appreciated. Cheers
