My broker Comsec has also removed HST from my portfolio. I got hopeful that this meant the stock has finally been declared worthless and can now be claimed as a capital loss. I wrote to the administrators a week ago asking for an update and got a pathetic copy and paste reply that didn't answer any of my questions.

My wish list:
1. Stock is officially declared dead - we can now move on

2. Harry Boon is successfully sued (if you don't believe he is accountable have a look at the job he has done for PPX)
