    The securities of NOE were placed in Trading Halt Session State on 24 March 2015 and two days later were voluntarily suspended from quotation.

    NOE is on course for delisting in March 2018 because of failure to have its securities quoted for more than three years.

    Is any shareholder interested in jointly considering the available options to minimise their loss?
