    Yes, technically it should be 10 May, but I suspect AVZ will apply for dispensations for an extension.

    FWIW I dont believe that the ASX are content with AVZ's behaviour over the last few years.

    I also suspect ASX may take some pleasure when flipping them the bird if they apply for an extension....
