Delisting, while not ideal, is not the end of the world. It means we can't do CR via the ASX & you can't buy & sell AVZ shares via the ASX. However, you can still sell your shares off-market if someone wants to buy them & the company can continue to operate if it's solvent. It also means the company can with its court cases & assuming we eventually get a ML, it can sell the project, wind up the company & distribute the proceeds of the sale of Manono & other assets (mining/drilling) to shareholders. All of which may take time. Assuming all is OK on the finance the delisting date may be extended by the ASX. 3 months is the norm but 6 months or even longer is a possibility. What I'm saying is not a prediction of outcomes. I'm merely explaining the options/process based on my understanding. Delisting, if it happens, isn't the end of the road.
