One possibility is they technically will not pay AVZ the fines but have it taken out of the deal to acquire the other 15% 1st rights parcel with of course the ML included. This way we get the ML, the fines, and the 1st rights 15% parcel. Once that comes, we do a capital raise or get partners to help fund.
If not, make them pay the fines and keep playing the long/slow game with the DRC government. This is only hurting the people of the DRC and making their government look even more incompetent.
