Yes, I read the announcement. The update they gave on 2 April was that the Locke due diligence had been extended to the end of May. So, without Locke's $20m until then (at the earliest) we need to understand how they propose to continue trading considering the Dec Quarterly report indicated they had enough money until mid to 3rd week of April with the added comment from Mgt that the company's finances would be fine b/c they were "confident" Locke's credit facility to be available by 31 March (no longer the case). Do you have an answer?
