I should add that while the due diligence period has been extended to 31 May to address a "few minor issues" to quote management there's no guarantee the agreement will proceed. However, as I've posted previously, if we have alternative funding sorted to see us thru to May 31 & beyond, the credit facility is just a nice thing to have but as a last resort financing option considering the interest cost. To recap, the 2 April announcement only confirmed that Locke is not a funding option for at least another 2 months & provided the agreement proceeds.
