I would assume that they were off on their projections of running out of money in the Dec. Quarterly. Maybe they found some more cost savings areas to extend it out some more. I feel that it was extended because they believe it will not be needed because they will get some of the fines paid to them by the DRC.
By you keep bringing this up will not help in one bit to get more answers. You and I will know when they decide to inform us.
