While i'm not 100% certain I believe a delisted company can still issue new shares to raise capital on the same basis a private/proprietary company. From memory this may be covered in S254 of the Corps Act but don't quote me. As I said before, I'm fine if we're delisted. While it's not ideal it's not automatically curtains as some want to believe.
